That's the thing with muscle it's so hard to tell! My boyfriend and his 2 friends are all 5-11
1 weighs 175
Boyfriend 200
3 weighs 230
1 @175 is actually nearly as strong as the other two. Only 50 poundsish off of their maxes
3@230 just puts on muscle bulk super easily and has a lot of vanity muscle. He does work just to make himself look bigger and opposed to exercises to get stronger
But my boyfriend is a lot faster and can run farther than 3, 1 can run the same distance and at the same speed but can't carry am much as my boyfriend.
So really you have to find the optimum weight for yourself, so that you don't sacrifice speed for strength or strength for speed.

maybe 180? weight is such a bad measurement, check your body fat percentage instead. BEING A TALL GUY IS GREAT :) so hot.
The army requires me to be under 200 lbs. I'm 221lbs. I'm 21lbs overweight at 6'1, but my body fat is only at 13% so I'm fine. Don't look at the number. Look at the body fat percentage
I'm 6'3" more on the thin side, but with well defined muscles and I weigh 180ish

Six foot if he doesn't weigh in at 200 lbs I would say he's skinny.
About 170-200 pounds. If he is average, and not really trained.
200-220 is what I will say
