One or another way I manage to stick to my "62 kg sharp". For 1.78 m that's nice. I'm not super thin but when I do sports I feel I'm comfortable. And as long as I do sports and eat normally my weight stays almost stable.
So I check it once a month and am almost certain about seeing the 62 appear.
For people from countries counting in lbs and ft/inches: my length is 5 ft10in and weight 136 lbs...

I check about twice or 4 times a week. I've had issues lately amidst my exercise and personal life. Lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks because of some depression and then gained 13 pounds a month after that. At a steady 134 right now.
I don't even own a scale. I only check my weight at doctor's appointments, or at other people's houses when they're curious of my weight. Lol I think it'd be torture to check everyday. Unless I was trying to bulk up or lose weight and I wanted to gage progress, I see no point.
It depends. Sometimes I check it once a week and others I check it once a year or every couple of months. I'm currently not too fussy about my weight because I am happy with it and am healthy.

Everyday in the morning. But mostly because I'm on a lean bulking diet and I'm doing a lot of trial and error so I need to check what works best for my body.
Since I'm somewhat underweight I actually do check everyday. If I was fine, I wouldn't check everyday. Maybe once a week or every two weeks.
A few times a week. I have scales in my bathroom so I just jump on every now and then to have a giggle.
