How often do you brush your teeth :)?

Personally I have to brush my teeth 2-3 times a day, always in the morning after I wake up or else my mouth feels intensely gross and gives me a headache, right before work I'll brush my teeth since I'm a hostess and my job involves talking and not having stinky breath while speaking to someone is nice and lastly right before I go to bed, my mouth will feel disgusting and I'll end up getting a headache from it if I don't brus them. Is it like this for anyone else?

I brush after each meal, so 3-4 times a day. I also have braces currently and I can't stand to feel little bits of food stuck between my brackets and wire. So it's pretty easy motivation to brush and bristle-brush lol

Probably twice a day, in the morning and at night.

Sometimes, I forget to brush completely. This is rare, but not unheard of.

it depends on the day... typically 1-3 times a day. it depends on if I eat, how much gum I chew and if I work
