Depends what workout you are doing. I for one find 3 times a week sex feels like torture due to my workout so it's the last thing on my mind more often than not. But overall a healthy body makes you feel more sexual in yourself and gives you a little boost in interest. It would not turn a prude into a nympho but it definitely knocks you up a notch on the desire.

The physical activity triggers thhe release of hormones that also has a side effect of increasong your overal sex drive. Plus, being a little fit makes you feel better, which makes you more likely to be in the mood for sex (because you feel sexy)

Ish. Being active and healthy will increase your sex drive, compared to inactivity and poor health.
But increasing exercise when you are already active and healthy can actually decrees, especially in women.I will not confirm or deny the above question.
