With abs you have to build muscle and get rid of fat.
I think the quickiest and easiest way to do this is probably a bulk and cut. You could recomp as well, but that takes a lot more time. You need to be eating a calorie surplus to build muscle, but you need to be eating a deficit to lose fat. So, it's easiest to concentrate on one at a time.
During a "bulk" you eat a little more to build more muscle. During a "cut" you eat less to reveal the muscle that you built during your bulk.
I'd recommend you "bulk" for about 5 months (til around March) then work on dieting to reveal your new abs that you've formed and "cut" until around May.
This calculator is pretty good for telling you how much you need to eat to bulk and cut https://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ obviously when you're bulking you can't just eat and be a lazy bum or you'll just gain a ton of fat and no muscle. Instead, you need to work your muscle groups to build muscle while you're putting on weight so that weight that you put on is mostly muscle. Working with heavy weights will yield the best results (squats and deadlifts work your core really well. I also suggest adding weights to whatever workouts you're doing to make them more effective).
Then I recommend focusing on cardio more around March so you can melt away any fat you gained to reveal your abs.
With abs you gotta work on getting your body fat percentage down. Losing weight is one obvious way to do that, but I recommended bulk/cut because having more muscle automatically lowers your body fat %.

Every one already has a six pack all you need to do is lose weight. Then define your already existing muscles as for doing it in 30 days it seems silly. Just create and maintain steady training there are no shortcuts when it comes to working out/body building or training long term commitment will yield good results. When you train and you stick with it you won't even see good results until months later. Significant gains come years down the line.
Eat healthy and do a diet that is maintainable. Not some crazy diet. Don't forget a goods exercise plan with the diet. They go hand in hand. Good luck!

First of all huney everyone has abs to see abs u have to go down really low in fat. Because u low in testosterone ur abs muscle won't grow like in guys. So having abs for female is not reachable unless you train really hard 5/7 a week for years. You can only achieve flat stomach by dieting.
So shut up MEG.Abs are easy. Its quads which are hard part brah
