Basically you eat only fruits and vegetables and loads of it. The people I saw on YouTube and instagram all say you can eat as much as you like but at least 2500 cals (for women ). Now can that actually work to lose fat?
I mean some of the common meal you see there are a banana smoothie with coconut water, 7 bananas and some dates, easily coming in at 1000 calories
The people that do advocate it for sure have the results to show for it.

I'm just a bit worried about the unlimited calorie thing. I don't want to gain weight, so is there any way at all that could work?
