Different things can cause dark circles such as not getting enough sleep, your diet, allergies, or just genetics. It's important to get plenty of sleep, eat healthy, drink lots of water, etc. However, in some cases, there is no way to permanently get rid of dark eye circles. I have them nearly all the time no matter what I do, that's why concealer is my best friend. Lol

You're over using your eyes. Ever tried lightning cream?

yes i tried using garnier eye cream once for a month but didn't work for me.

Used tea bags, after they've cooled but are still moist, the small amount of residual caffeine stimulates the skin. Other then that more sleep?

Drink loads of water
Use concealer to cover them when they're bad
