I feel like im starving myself, not on purpose, but im scared for my health and I don't know what to do, advice?

about two months ago i choked on Chinese food, it really scared me, but then after that I've had this anxiety to swallow food, like I can't do it, i now only eat a couple bites of food a day, but I drink lots of water and juice, I've lost so much weight, I used to be really big in October i was about 290 pounds and now I'm 180, when I try to eat, something tells me im going to choke, and there's a pressure on my chest making me feel like the food is coming back up, im scared now bc today I got up, and it felt like I was going to faint. I wanna get better, I wanna stop having anxiety about eating, I can't even go out to a restaurant with my family, and it is very unhealthy to starve yourself, what do I do?😔
