Ladies help me please?

Hi. Well I am having a big problem.
My aunt flo is 11days late. I done two pregnacy test and nothing. I been having small abdominal pain. Headaches.. I sleep a lot but I do wake up early and go to the gym so that might explain why I nap. I been horribly constipated for the past 2days..
Any ideas lady

You should go to the ER or ur doctor cuz they would know better. If you dont have health insurance go to a free clinic. I just went through the issue of constipation for two days myself & I went to the doctor for it. Drink plenty of water cuz constipation is caused by inadequate amount of water, inadequate of fiber in diet, & stress, there's othe reasons too. I dont know about your aunt flo, have u had issues with it before? Have u been stressing? This could affect it. I would recommend avoid going to the gym for a little while until to u feel better & know whats going on with u. Going to the gym might not help u feel better, especially if ur having abdominal pain.

It could be a number of things. Stress, thyroid problem, celiac.

You should have it checked out. Go to a free clinic or speak with an advice nurse.
