You didn't give an option for like "other"
It sounds like a developing pimple, but one deep in the skin possibly the dermis. If you're worried about it it's probably something other than how your lips normally feel so if it's something developing you won't notice it change for at least a few days if not a week. Otherwise it should heal by then and if not then inspect it again and see a physician. Otherwise you sound fine!
