Eat when hungry. A healthily functioning body won't let you starve without very clearly warning you that it needs food in its system. As long as your body feels okay with the amount of food you're giving it (as in, well energized and satisfied) then okay. My mother usually just eats about a meal or two a day and she's fine. Whereas I need food much more often. Listen to your body as it definitely tells you what's up.

I'm 5"11 and 140 and can't gain weight to save my life. We have high metabolisms from youth and exercise.
My mom always tells me when I get old like her and have kids the weight will come.
And honestly, I'd rather be worried about being underweight than overweight.
