She is a pear shaped woman and there is nothing wrong with that. Look at her belly! It is flat! There is noooo fat! If she really want to change, she should do exercises for the hips so she stimulates fat burning on her hips but I think that she is beautiful!

I wouldn't say she necessarily needs to loose weight but I think she could stand to be more toned. Like her bum would probably be smoking if it has some muscle and shape to it.
She looks great. Unless she has health issues she doesn't have to lose weight if she does not want to.
