I've always been a person that is drawn do depression. Due to a psychologically abusive relationship, I'm heading to a dark place again. Any simple ideas on how to get rid of depression?
Get some hobbies, I don't care if it's crayons and a coloring book pick something up, drawing/sketching helps me.

to keep my mind off of everything
try having positive thoughts for th begining... :-)
and do thingst thatt makes you feel happy
try zolofot or a new bf
