Do I have ADHD or is it something else? I can't even do regular housework without not be able to focus. Grades have gone downhill, can't focus at wrk?

Im havin trouble with this for over 10yrs now but Mom just dismisses my symptoms as something unrelated. thinking of trying meds or seeing someone.

I could claim I had ADHD, but to be completely honest I just get bored of things easily. Don't immediately think it's due to some disorder. Just work on your problem points. I have SAD, which makes it really hard to attend class (most of my classes are in lecture halls right now), but I force myself to go, and befriend people so it's easier. If you're having problems learning something, study around it (learn things related to it and then use that to support learning whatever you don't understand). If you really thing you have ADHD, talk a medical professional, only they can give an accurate diagnosis

Sounds like all that symptoms mean you are just dumb / low IQ, maybe there is nothing you can do about it, maybe you should stop blaming it on an Disorder/Disease!

Look up Cap Disorder it's a slight possibility as it co exists with such things like add or adhd, also how is your sleep? In most cases it could be lack of sleep setting you back from concentrating and having difficulty with keeping up in school.

Go talk to student health. They should be able to help you figure out what's going on and help you out.
