eat every two hours to boost ur metabolism and blood sugar level
eat oatmeal in the AM and lean meats in the PM some fruit also
then do cardio everyday of the week for 30 minutes each session at like a 4.5 pace with a 5 incline on the treadmill have to get ur heartrate to 60% of ur maximum heart rate which is 220 minus ur age
then work out 3x a week do some upper body some lower body and some ab exercises do lots of reps with less weight to lose weight and get a define body

No, I think you would be close to average depending on your height, I guess. Although, I really don't know much about sizes for women. Anyway, hope you enjoy your time here.

You might want to try going vegan for a bit. I'm already a vegetarian but tried this for 2 weeks and lost 8 lbs. I didn't intend to lose weight and wasn't exercising or anything, so hopefully that means it would work for you!
Since a lot of snacks and desserts (chocolate, cookies, ice cream, etc.) all have dairy, this is mostly just a way to cut out unhealthy foods. The best part is you can eat whenever you want. Not eating meat is good for the environment too. Good luck with whatever you choose!

Size 10, like everyone else said, is not obese, I'm pretty sure you have nothing to worry about =). But if you still want to lose weight you just need to go to the gym or run or just exercise in general and eat healthily. Just doing that you will over time set healthy goals for yourself and lose the weight you want to lose.

go on runs .. work out Frequently, so about 3 or more times a week . Intensity, so your heart rate show be 60 to 80 percent. Time, so do a cardio workout for more then 15 minutes and bike, run or walk .. whatever gets you heart rate up . also I suggest you to also do strength training to tone your body .

lol you need to lose some weight to look normal in AMERICA? girl 60% of us are overweight/obese, most people are fat unless you're in like LA or something. English sizes and American sizes are different. If I'm not mistaken a UK size 10 = US 6/8. That is NOT fat -- even a US size 10 isn't fat
well wha ti do is exercise , usually cardio, at least five times a week, drink lots of water. take a lot of diet stuff liek apple cidar vinegar and green tea. anything natural is good for you. Asians have been using green tea for thousands of years to help wtih digestion. eat lots of fiber and I can't stress exercise enough.
UK size 10 isn't bad at all. But if you'd really like to lose weight (hey, dress size depends more on the size of your frame, so there isn't much you can do, is there?), try jogging. You will find that not only the excess weight being reduced, but you'll also find the energy and stamina you never know you have! Have a happy running session!
Lol, I'm a UK size 12 and I'm totally slim so you do NOT need to lose any weight at all. Size 10 is a great size. And I'm not being offensive here but America is a fat place.
hahhahhhaa...that is not obese over here. We're prob. more fat over here. But going on a juice fast, drops pounds instantly! you just have to be very careful that you do it correctly and not just stop eating.

Where you basically eat only fresh squeezed juice for a week or so. It is a gradual process and you have to be sure to do it very very by the book. It can be dangerous if you just try and do your own thing.

Its actually supposed to be used as a detox program, gret to do once a year and very good for your body. But it has to be done correctly/in a healty way.

Oh gosh, your weight is fine. You don't need to change your weight to "adjust" to American "standards". If you want to be healthy though, drinks lots of water, never eat before night time, and do moderate exercise.
A size 10 isn't Obese far from it, I think that a weight about what 140 to 150 or 60 something. Depending on your height it will make you look chubby or fat. But still far from obese.
america is the most OBESE country on the planet, I think, so don't worry about it, plus I saw your ipcs, you look average :) nowhere near obese or overweight!
The average woman in America wears a size 14, and that's not considered obese. If you want to work out, try some cardio, but you don't need to lose weight in order to fit in here.

I thought a size 10 in the UK was an american size 4 :S that's pretty slim, and nowhere near obese.
