I'm not sure if the two are related at all. I never used to experience PMS. I never had cramps, i was really light, and lasted like 2 days. Now I get bad cramps most of the time, heavy, and last around 4-5 days.
I do workout, I like to lift weights. Squats, Deadlifts, etc. My form is very good and I've been doing it for a while so I don't think this could have anything to do with it.
I can't sit down in class without being in discomfort.
Is this a thing that happens? How can I relieve it?
