For me I just kinda go by how I look and how I feel. I remember checking the BMI for a 5'9" man before to get the normal range of 20 to 25, it turned out to be 136 to 169. I conciously tried to work towards that to see where was best for me but once I got into 155 territory I start to look really skinny and even a couple of girls in work told me to stop dieting. So after that experiment I decided the ideal weight for me was 160 to 165, I was 164 when I last checked maybe a couple of days ago.

I paid a lot of money to have custom suspension installed on my motorcycle that has an adjustableweight range of 195 to 225 lbs after the weight of riding gear is factored in. My goal is to get to the weight range my suspension was designed to accommodate and maintain there.
College made me gain weight, and I'm in no way insecure about my body, but I definitely want to be back where I was before I left high school. I think I felt best when I was about 140, but I was a hardcore gymnast, basketball player, and runner at the time and I probably have less muscle mass now than I did then, so I might even end up being lighter. I don't really care though, as long as I'm healthy. Right now I'm about 180, but I was 195.
I'm happy with my weight. Clothes fit exactly how I want them to.
I did the "focus on the weight" thing before. Drove myself nuts.
Now, i just want to be healthy and not a nazi about it.

Yes definitely my goal is 145 lbs and I'm currently at 155, I was at 150 a month ago, but I injured/sprained my left ankle: www.girlsaskguys.com/.../q1549511-what-the-shit-is-going-on
So yeah I'm back to square one ahahahRight now my goal weight is 200 lbs. I was originally 250 but I had started working out recently, and so far I've lost 15 lbs in 10 days. :)
I'm 6'2 and I wanna be 220, but I've never been that heavy so I don't know if I'll look too bulky. I just like being heavier, dancing just feels better when I am heavier. I'm only 180 right now
I use to be 235lb,
Then i lost fat and went down to 172lb,
Then i gained muscle and went up to 182lb
Now i want to loose fat and get to 165LB and just gain muscle from there (With the eventual goal being 180lb with low fat / high muscle ;)I'm about 145lbs, single digit body fat, I'd like to go to about to 200-250lbs muscle weight, single digit body fat.
I'm rock steady at 136 lbs for 5 ft 10 in... rather thin but not skinny. BMI about 20 :-)
No, weight means nothing to me, it's too fussy and picky. Just look in the mirror or assess your athletic performance and judge it that way.
Currently 74 Kg. This time last year I was 70 Kg.
Wish I was back there.I'm 5' 6" and 123 lbs and I've checked the BMI calculates and it says I'm a healthy weight but I'm at the lower end. I want to be 115 lbs
not really! i just do it based off of if my stomach is flat and how my clothes fit
I'm the opposite, I need to gain weight, like any amount would be nice.
Yeah 7000lbs just kidding no I don't have a preference of what weight I wanna be.
I want to be at least 100 pounds but I don't think it would be normal for my height. I'm 5'8"
I am 114 pounds currently and I want to be at least 5 pounds less.
Yep, I'm about 118 lbs, I wanna be 110 lbs.
I weigh 130 and I want to be like 110 or less.
I would like to be around 190.
I want to be at least 97 lbs. I'm 108 now
For a 5 ft 9.3 i would say 70 kgs is enough
I want to be at 120 but sadly i am 150
