Okay, first of all you need to start by accepting the fact that it does take hard work and dedication, but within a few weeks, if you are consistent, you will start to see and feel your progress, and your going to feel great! You must learn to come to terms with the fact that being fit and healthy is a lifestyle, not just a hobby.
The key to being consistent and continuing on with your exercise and healthy eating is not to focus so much about how your going to feel while your doing the workout, but to set your mind on how great you will feel AFTER the workout. Envision this while you workout to help you pull through. Find a model with the same body type as you have (ex: apple, pair, hourglass etc) and cut and paste your face on her body. Each morning before you start your day of eating healthy and exercising, look at the picture and remember that it is very possible for you to be just as sexy, because it is! Good exercises are as follow: Cardio (best way to do this and loose weight is to change speeds every two minutes, and to change your resistance, ex, jogging slowly up a hill for 1 or 2 mins, then jogging faster on a leveled path, or downhill and so on till your 20 or 30 minutes of cardio is up, if this is hard you may chose to walk up the hills and count it as your break) sit ups, crunches, push-ups, squats (check online how to do them properly so you don't hurt your knees), lunges, planks. Joining fitness groups is also a great way to get your butt in shape and help motivate.
As impossible as it may seem at the moment to be super fit and toned, trust me the key is to continue. Set three dates you will go workout each week, and a specific time. Get into the routine and get through at least three weeks without skipping any of the days. Once you get through three weeks, trust me, you will begging to feel and see a difference and it will be increadibly encouraging. This will give you motivation to continue and each week you will feel better and better, and next thing you know you will be as fit as the model you put your face in. You will learn to love exercising and you will be so much more confident and happy in general. You will be able to do so many more things with your life too, trust me!
I recently started to work out and loose weight. I already lost 10 pounds, and trust me it makes such a difference already and it's so rewarding! Now that I have a good exercise routine, I started cutting out processed sugar from my diet, watching my calories and eating better in general. I plan to loose another 10 pounds soon. The key is to set your mind on going three weeks, no cheating just enough to really start seeing results. Once the three weeks is up, the results will encourage you to continue another three weeks, and so on. This is the fastest way to loose weight, to set that three week consistency goal over and over again. Each three weeks is when you really see results and progress.Consistency is the key to loosing weight fast. You can do it!

***Don't listen to the girls who've answered so far, the guys are right. You're only under 18! MASTER CLEANSE(s) or DIET PILLS AND SUPPLEMENTS are not the way to go. I first started "dieting" at 12 years old which resulted in severe Anorexia nervosa: I tried out unhealthy and unnatural methods to lose my extra "flub". Fast forward a couple of years--my metabolism is now ruined and I have to work harder-than-normal to maintain my body shape. Remember, loosing weight is a lifestyle change, not a diet--it takes patience and time.***
The best way to loose weight is to get a good balance of nutrition is to base all your meals around vegetables/fruit and work out from there. "5-a-day fruit & veg" is a bit of a boring phrase but it's actually the root of healthy eating. Wholegrains, beans, lentils, vegetable oils, fruit & vegetables should be the bulk of what you eat. Add some lean meat, fish, beans, eggs and dairy products and that's a balanced diet.
It is important to vary your diet as much as you can. Nutritionally speaking this means you stand a better chance of getting a good range of different vitamins and minerals. And it's also good for your motivation and spirits to enjoy a variety of foods. Boredom is a major diet-killer! Planning your meals ahead can be a good way to organise the shopping and make sure you get more variety
Each meal, therefore should look like... Fruit/veg + carbohydrate + protein + fat
So breakfast could be some chopped fruit + high fibre cereal + milk: half a grapefruit + wholegrain toast + peanut butter: raisins + porridge oats + milk: mushrooms + toast + scrambled eggs: fruit smoothie + wholewheat toasted muffin + yoghurt
Lunch/Supper... Salad greens + jacket potato + cottage cheese: sliced tomatoes + wholegrain bread + cooked meat + mayo : tomato vegetable sauce + pasta + tuna + olive oil: steamed vegetables + new potatoes + grilled chicken + olive oil
Convenience foods are fine from time to time but it's best to prepare and cook your own food as much as you can. Home-cooked food tends to be more satisfying and also healthier because it doesn't contain 'hidden' salt, sugar and various nasties.
exercise and eat healthily. everyone knows how to lose weight anyway, you can't seriously tell me you don't know that eating healthily and exercising is how you lose weight? :p the problem is that it takes a hell of a lot of hard work. like belgie says, it's a lifestyle change not a month fad. if you want to lose weight and keep it off then you need to adopt exercise and eating healthily as part of your life, not when you reach a point where you think you need it.
forget trying to set goals, just keep the exercising and eating healthily up and the weight will come off. the more you exercise and the less you eat will result in a higher amount of weight loss obviously. Just don't restrict your calorie intake too much as it will just stop you having enough energy to exercise.
don't do dietary supplements or any of that kind of thing, just do it the healthy way :)
You need only Two things. #1 Commitment (eat only vegetables, and reduce the amount of calories that you eat everyday, meaning you consume less energy, leaving your body to use extra energy that it didn't get from fat that you have stored, GOT IT! and #2 well organized plan to lose weight in certain amount of time"

Cut out one area of high calorie and carb consumption and do 30-45 minutes of mid intensity cardio every day. For instance, if you drink a lot of soda or sugary stuff, switch to water and if you eat a lot of baked stuff or sandwiches, switch to flat bread. And don't eat less than 3 hours before bed.
Eat healthier and work out... take some diet pills or supplements if you feel like you ought to. Apart from making yourself sick or refusing to eat, just trying your best to live life in a healthy way is the only way to help you to lose weight
The best way is to not to be trying to do it fast, or to a deadline.
Losing weight is a lifestyle change. Not a 3 month or 1 month fad. It's not easy, it's a long process that can only be achieved through hard work, dedication, and time. If you start today you will get there one day sooner.
I would suggest the master cleans...google it... I do a cleanse now and then... but this will require hard work in terms of your mind set...
