Any way to stop weight loss in certain areas?

I'm going to guess the answer is no, but I'm curious. I've been losing weight and I want to be 115 pounds and then I'm going to work on getting toned and lean muscle. But I've noticed that my bust has gotten smaller and my ass. And I'm not really digging that.

So is there any way to stop weight loss in those areas? Any exercise or dieting tips?
