Honest opinion? Yes. I'm doing my best studying to be a doctor and I'd be inauthentic if I told you you're weight looks healthy.
However, I think it's important to say that doesn't mean you're unattractive.
1. Most of America is overweight to the point where we really can't even tell what is a healthy weight anymore so most will not care or even notice
2. There are a ridiculous amount of factors that go into attraction most of which have nothing to do with physical appearance and many of those that do have little or nothing to do with weight.
3. It's more important to focus on how you feel. Although this is not the case for most people it is entirely normal to have more weight and still be perfectly healthy so always focus on how you feel and not how you look.
4. Love your body. It's yours it's the only one you have so treat it like you would a precious pet or your own child if you. Be compassionate to yourself and when motivating or conversing with yourself always think loving and supportive thoughts being negative never ever helps. If you don't know how then read, you clearly have access to the Internet so use it to find positive ways of interacting with your mind and body.
5. You're still awesome. And somebody will notice if you give it enough time. You don't have to believe that but things tend to go much better when you do.
Obese is really a medical term that, for the most part, is defined by your BMI (which, in itself is a flawed measure, but I digress).
Whether the people here categorize you as being chubby, overweight, obese, etc.--it's pretty irrelevant.
How is your health? How do you feel? And if there's room for improvement there, then you need to move on to taking steps to improve yourself.
I guess my point is this: the labels are kind of beside the point.
You don't really look overweight other than your stomach, it's difficult to tell if you're overweight without knowing your actual weight and height and you could just look that up online.
Honestly your stomach looks a little big and not healthy and it can't be comfortable or healthy carrying around that extra weight on your stomach. I don't think you're "obese" though but I do think you need to lose some weight in your stomach area.
You could just try eating better, exercising more, apparently cardio is really good for losing stomach weight also, you could check out free videos on youtube, I do those all of the time, they're actually really fun.
And as far as the people commenting on the stretch marks, who the f cares, lots of people have them, even skinny people do. I've actually seen some good takes on this site about how to help reduce them and get rid of them actually.
Unfortunately I'd say you're definitely on the high end of overweight, and perhaps the lower end of obesity. Although I don't think BMI is too accurate, it's usually how it's measured to be considered obese. www.nhlbi.nih.gov/.../bmicalc.htm
The best person who could tell you this is your doctor however. I believe it goes more into fat percentage, your inches and whatever else they do to measure you. I don't believe in just using BMI because there are people who would be considered overweight even though they're just muscular. So that's why I recommend just going to the doctor and having him do more measurements than just height and weight. I posted the link just so you can a little bit of an idea.
For your sake I'd say to work on losing some of the weight though.
You should definitely change some habits. Small changes really helped me lose weight (I have never been big, but to feel more comfortable in my skin I decided to lose about 10 pounds). I lost that 10 pounds in ONE WEEK just by eating smaller portions and trying not to snack. I also tried not to eat any carbs. And drink a lot of water. Honestly, exercise is only about 20% of getting in shape. Eating habits are pretty much what will be the main thing that can help you lose the weight.

Based on your photos, my guess is that you're too overweight or slightly obese. You seem like being top heavy, so you have an apple body shape. You can look awsome if you dress according to your body type. Don't fixate so much in your belly.
Yes, you look obese. The fat distribution and stretch marks on your body suggest it happened rapidly, rather than a gradual gain.
Though I'm curious to know why you stress over obese vs overweight so much. Why does the name for your excess weight matter?

When I hear obese I think of the people on the biggest loser or something who are like 300+ lbs.
I'd just say you're over weight. Nothing some diet and exercise can't get rid of.
I used to be overweight and had a super hard time losing weight over the course of years and got blood work done at my doctor and it turned out I have a very under active thyroid which was preventing me from losing weight. Maybe see a doctor too, if you'd like. Not telling you what to do lol.
When you get to the point where you start getting stretchmarks on your stomach , it probably is time to dial it back a bit.

As far as I know obese is a BMI term for over 30 on BMI range - You acknowledged yourself you are overweight, for your own health you should do something about it.

No you're not obese you're just a little fat and you have stretch marks on your stomach. If you were obese then you would be at like 400 pounds or something. But you don't look too bad

You can't really tell without messuring your fat precentage or actually weighing you. you dont look obese, but its hard to tell without knowing your weight
I have a similar body type (stretch marks included) and I personally think I just look chubby/overweight, but I'm technically obese so I chose yes.
I think all those stretch marks should give you your answer...
