How do I politely tell him during the date he can bail anytime he wants and not feel bad?

I'm meeting up with this guy in a few days and he's only ever seen me in pictures. I won't be catfishing him or anything as obviously I'm the same person it's not like I've photoshopped my face but just a coloured filter and light editing. I look the same but I'm afraid since he hasn't seen me in real life he won't find me attractive. The picture he saw of me online was like 4 years old and yes i look the same but to be honest I'm not at a great point in my life so I've gained a bit of weight and have a few spots on my lower face. Now i know looks are important, i completely understand because looks are important to me too. He has complimented me on my looks but i don't like to believe them because he himself says i haven't seen you in real life so i want to meet you. The thing is i really like him but he hasn't seen me and because looks are so important in a relationship I'm afraid he won't like me or i won't be attractive enough. I'm already stressed and because of that i have new pimples on my face and your girl here doesn't wear makeup so I'm pretty much f*cked already :) plus my weight is making me very self-conscious, I'm not obese or anything but I have a slightly chubby face. I want to meet him and politely in a very elegant and very honest way tell him i completely understand if he wants to leave the date anytime he can. I don't want him to stick till the end because he would feel its rude to leave and then make me wait weeks till i realise he never liked me that way after meeting me. So please let me know once he meets and sees me, during the beginning of the date how i can jokingly but on a serious note while smiling tell him i completely understand and he shouldn't feel compelled to stay.

Looking forward to any suggestions! Wish me luck :)
