Strength Training 3 sets of 6 reps maximum weight, light enough to reach 4 reps but heavy enough to never exceed 6 reps.
I usually do about 100-200 reps for calves
I super set my ab exercises in 3 cycles, with 2-3 minute rests in between
Day 1 Chest/Abs/Calves
Day 2 Shoulders/Cardio
Day 3 Back/Calves
Day 4 Legs/Cardio
Day 5 Arms/Abs/Calves
I build my workouts around maximizing muscle definition, growth, size and strength, coupled with proper nutrition and taking 4 supplements a day, 8 multi vitamins and 3 powdered supplements protein powder and pre and post workout meals.

Mine just changed up a bit but
Mondays through Fridays at different times. 30 to 45 minutes cardio. And 45 to an hour of weights with very little rests.
2 leg days
1 arm day
1 back day
1 day mixed arms, chest and sometimes back
I love it and get very cranky if I have to miss a day.

Cool rugby!! I used to play in my senior year on highschool.
What position did you play?Swimming and playing badminton 6 days a week 2hrs a day.
i go to the gym 4-5 times a week for 2-5 hours and some times parkour also
I do swimming and running.
I do weedy pushups when I feel like it.
