I'm working out the same thing I do everyday: My whole body. I run on the elliptical for little over 30 minutes, stretch, scissor kick and plank/half-push-up for about ten minutes afterward. I tend to focus more on my lower body, unfortunately =/ But I lift small weights about every other day so I don't look grossly imbalanced.

Heh well, it's not like I do all those things after the elliptical for ten minutes each ^^; It's more like I fit all of those things into ten minutes or a little bit more (depending on my mood). It's not so hard, especially when you've raised your stamina considerably since you started.
I did a pure leg-day with:
5x5 High-Bar Squats
5x5 Leg-Curls
3x10 Leg Extensions
3x10 Crunches/Leg Raise
2x15 Calve-Press-Thingy
2x15 Leg-Press
with high - maximum weights
I actually did todays workout yesterday, so nothing :P just muay thai.

Im returning today from vacation so tomorrow Im starting my program again :D
I'll have to schedule all August day by day. I think i'll start with biceps/chest and shoulders
That's a lot of upper body workout to put in one day.
My workout regimen is based entirely on circuit training so every workout is full body.
I'm worried and Anxious to be honest. Today is going to be my first time returning to any sort of regular exercise ever since I injured myself helping a friend move back on memorial day weekend.
Yeah, I've done full body before and it's tough. Take it light and you should be fine, good luck!
in my opinion it's better to hit legs after your weekend rest. Really gets blood pumping and testosterone flowing. Chest and tri is basic for a Monday and unless you want to wait in line I would switch it up.
I usually limp for a few days after leg day so I save it close to the weekend.
i had the worst chest/triceps workout today since my back and bi's workout somehow fucked up my rear delts/ shoulders.
I used to get a lot of shoulder problems too, but never from back/bi workouts. Usually, it's from bad form. Taking glucosamine and warming up will help some.
thanks. i hit a lot of incline so my shoulders are normally always hammered, but im pretty sure the lat pulldown fucked my rear delts up since im so use to doing pullups/chinups xD... my form was most likely the prob, thank you

Nice, I like to hit abs every other day after a workout or when I'm lazy just once a week. Arms, I'll blast'em on Fridays that way I look jacked when I go out. 😆
