PCOS... working out... not loseing weight?

Last April I was told that I have PCOS. Women who have PCOS are usually overweight. However, I am in a healthy/slim weight range. The strange thing is that I have slowly gained 5 kg eventhough I eat the same amount of food as before.

I started going to the gym for two months. Working out 1 hour. Strangly in those two months absolutely nothing changed with my body. I did not even lose half a kg. So fustrating.

Now that I moved back home im further from the gym. Therefore, as off today I will jump rop 1 hour every single day. I did an hour today which was easy as I am fit. However, I really want to shift the unwanted weight i gained. Will jump rope and a healthy diet do this? I feel like nothing is working.
