Well cardio gets rid of fat all over the body, I do an hour of cardio daily mixed with core and abdominal training. I wouldn't just recomend core and abdominal though, it's good to try to gain lean muscle all over the body. Also diet is the biggest key, if you eat junk all the time you're not going to get a flat stomach no matter how hard you workout ( from experience). But if you eat right and train hard you should be good. Good luck.

I'm vegetarian, currently trying out veganism, and my stomach is pretty flat lol I'm skinny tho but I think part of what helps me stay this way is my diet and my exercise routine. I like russian twists to tone my waist- and belly area

Also not many women actually have a flat stomach. it's physically impossible because most of us will have that little pouch where the baby is supposed to form...Cardio or hiit training (high intensity interval training) because you need to lose a fat layer if you want a flat tummy
Drink A LOT of water. I drink about 5 liters a day. Melts off water weight
