Okay! So 6 weeks is definitely enough time to tone up and slim down a little :) You need to do daily squats for a firm, perky butt, cardio for overall fitness (20 mins 4-5 days a week), and yoga for flexibility and toning. There are a LOT of YouTube workout videos that you can follow along with, like for yoga if you're not familiar with the poses. Remember to eat well (substitute fruit, veggies and grains for junk food; you need lots of fiber, healthy fats and protein), drink lots of water and sleep lots for great skin. Try a daily fitness challenge or squat challenge to make sure you have something motivating you to work out every day! The important thing is to just get moving daily :)

well for me personally, my butt got bigger by doing squats. and the flat stomach. that's a whole different story haha I have this weird bit of chub right below my belly button that I have a hard time getting rid of. like my stomach is flat from my ribs all the way down, and then it goes in more and leaves me with this little bit of flub I have never been able to get rid of, and I'm a division 1 athlete!! I would just say do some squats and abs, definitely should help things. I wish you tons of luck!

Waist trainer. I have one. I just started using it though.
I sport a lot, and burn fat easily. And because of climbing, I use my abs a lot, so they are trained too.
Aside from exercise , I lose fat in my belly when I eat properly. So watch what you eat. Not necessarily reducing your calorie intake but eating healthy and gaining the proper nutritions.
I ate a lot of pizza fast food & had sex everyday lol
you need to squat and do crunches.
