Thats the thing depending on how u live could help or make it worst all the answers are good but # 1 sleep is best the bags u got most likely are there for good but you dont need to make it worst then it is. Get 8 to 9 if u can, if eyes get puffy the fruit works. Its the cold that helps not the fruit. Cold cream helps to when u remove makeup and a little on face before makeip dont need that stuff in your skin. Do get vitamins that helps an get your dose of vitamin d everyday for 15 mins at noon. The sun. Other then that if people talking about it tell them to shut up and mind there buzz. If its you no one's perfect I bet you are loved with or without them. Plus be happy with who you are, you are one of a kind. An dont let anyone (an even yourself) tell u different. If so kick them tell them its from me.

More sleep, I guess. I have bags under my eyes too. But I'm an insomniac so it's hard to get a lot of sleep.
Dark circles are actually caused by nasal congestion
which is also why they often get more prominent, when we catch colds
the reason we believe it's due to lack of sleep, is because
our skin gets more pale, as we miss our usual sleep.
One way (and my favourite) is to use a very cold (not icy) piece of cotton cloth
and simply hold/press it lightly under your eye, one at a time
there's no required amount of time, just do it for a bit
before sleep, and after waking up in the morning.
Results should be noticable rather quickly.
And.. no makeup needed. ^.^
Sleep!!! And hydration is your best friend haha :)
Also try meditating for 15-30 + minutes everyday and you will see a big difference in a few days or even that day
If I meditate for 30 minutes and only have 5 hours sleep I wouldn't have black under my eyes due to meditation:)

Can be caused by chronic allergies. Getting the allergies treated reduces inflammation around the eyes and solves the problem in some cases.
Nothing has made any impact on mine. Lack of sleep makes them worse, but they never go away.
Vitamin K based creams do help some people, but I tried one eye only for a few weeks, and there was no difference for me.Best way to avoid black eyes is to quit talking shit hahah. Maybe sleep though.
By getting more sleep and using face cream meant for dark under eyes regularly.
