Just an extra 1/2 hour each day of reasonably fast walking will help. Avoid high fat products. Like mayo. Go for lighter-than-light mayo. Avoid fizzy drinks and other drinks that are full of sugar. No fresh fruit juice like freshly squeezed orange. It's full of fructose which is fruit sugar. Three balanced meals each day, with two "treats" under 100 cals each. For meals, each type of food has its own place on the plate. Do not pile food on food. It's the basis of the LiveWell road to a healthier lifestyle. It's not a diet, just a new way of eating. I lost 30lbs over 6 months. And I've kept it off, too!!

avoid bad food, mainly fast foods, deep fried foods, avoid applying too much sauce to what you eat.
Besides making healthier food choices... YOGA. There's different types of course but it can be such a workout! I love it! I'm a beginner at it, but my cousin does it and her tummy fat is almost gone. It also helps tone out your legs, firms your butt, and strengthens your arms. Even doing 30 minutes of a YouTube yoga core workout at home gets me sweating and sore, haha.
