My hair is curly and the strands are fragile. I used to lose a ton. I stopped losing so much hair once I got a good conditioner, coated my hair in it, and combed it. Lots of hair the first time, but after that very little breakage. I have to comb it while conditioning every 3 or so washes, but not nearly as much hair as the first time comes out. I have to comb, never brush.

Yeah same! I got really worried since a whole handful of hair would be lost after showering or brushing my hair. I was getting more stressed because of it. But my hair's thick again because I started massaging my hair with oil 2-3 hours before showering - it really helps!
Also make sure you comb your hair with a comb not a brush

I have a lot of hair, and it's thick. Yes, I lose a good bit in the shower and more when brushing. It's crazy how much can be pulled out. It's made me worry before, but I think we're both okay.
Only when I am stressed. My hair starts to fall making mW more stressed lol.
So if you are stress , try to calm yourself.
:)Yes, it's completely normal for people with thick hair. I lose so much hair, but all of my hairdressers have said that it's normal.
You shouldn't brush your hair when it's wet - breaks easier + falls out more.
eat biotin its a vitamin that does not allow your hair to fall out
Yes, me too. It can be due to poor nutrition, but also to stress. Have you been stressed out lately?
Yes. I lose a ton of hair ever time I brush it. But my hair also grows fast. It's necessary I think.
You're supposed to lose, I think, 100 strands of hair a day. You're fine.
