no... if you go and work up the endorphins that help you get a rush of energy and the ability to push yourself, they are more likely to attach to the illness and speed up the rate of infection. the last thing you'll need is "voluntarily" making yourself sicker. rest. drink a lot of water. a lot.

if you are legitimately sick do NOT work out. rest your body, itll be an ineffective workout and you'll just get a bad vibe for the gym that'll damper your motivation going forward.
Sometimes its better if you go, but if you feel contagious its better to stay away, don't take gains away from other people by getting them sick too.
