Calm down, calm down. You have nothing to worry about. One day won't ruin your diet and I actually think that controlled, planned cheat days are a good idea. Actually eating crappy food gets your leptin levels up, which are fat burning hormones. So a cheat day every two week or something can help you lose weight.
Now don't start doing anything drastic. Just start doing your daily routines like nothing happened. That's the best thing you can do. You can maybe squeeze in an extra bike ride (not too intense), if it makes you feel better.
Don't worry! You're going to be fine :)

No. If you count the calories you got to run maybe 70 miles to work that off.
Your body tries to keep you fatter and it will keep running these mind tricks on you - this is normal. Like you open a chocolate bar to break off just one square, next thing you know you are eating the last square. Your mind will rationalize that "today is fine" yada yada.
If you want to protect your fitness gains, you need to find a way to deal with it that works for you. Rations and non-dietary rewards that replace sweets etc., work for most people.
No, you just had a day where you caved.
Perfectly normal for a human! You are not a robot.
It didn't mess up your diet.
Just add a little extra routine to your work out. for the day (dont cleanse yourself, just eat in small portions) <<and drink a lot of water.
Well we all have slip up's sometimes I would just work out a little bit longer and more intense today. Don't beat your self up to much for it.
you can't do all that exercise without eating, you'll faint. just eat healthy food, work out a little harder and stop buying crappy food.

You can't do a cleanse to make up for yesterday.
Your weight today is not just based on yesterday, or last month. Its based on the last 3 years.
Let the past go.
Eat healthy today, move forward.
BTW, you should plan _controlled_ cheating into your overall eating habits.Gee, a crash diet didn't work?
Who could have possibly predicted this?
Oh yeah, EVERYONE.
Will you people ever learn that the only way is to do it slowly and steadily? Eat a little less, exercise a little more, and lose about a pound a week.
You pigged out on all that food, because you were STARVING. And your body just couldn't take it anymore. Now, most of that junk food will be stored as fat. Just like you were warned...Eat whatever you want and constantly work out. Nothing to worry.
Were you also high at the time? Cause DAMN!
Relax. It was one day, you can get back on track.
