I ate so much crap yesterday and feel like I have failed. What should I do today?

i FAILED yesterday. I ate a whole big bag of cheetos, a slice of pizza, gummies, m&ms, a cup of cheezits, a bowl of cereal. HAS ALL MY WORKING OUT GONE TO WASTE?! I've been seeing progress this past month! I don't know I just lost it yesterday! this is everything I ate and I burned only 300 calories in my workout yesterday. so I'm thinking about doing a cleanse today, and not eating and being really active. I think I wanna go to the gym twice, go for a bike ride, go for a walk, and do one if my workout dvds. will I be be back on track after this?
