Would you be okay with a personal trainer having your training sessions recorded for liability issues and they can better evaluate you and themselves?

They tell the clients that everything is recorded for evaluating the training session , they can better see more of what you need and how you progressed, and what they could work on as a trainer.(they can rewatch it and also play in slow motion to catch more stuff) And for our protection too in any legal case.
Theyll also have a document that lets you choose what they could do with it, like show someone , use it for advertisements, post it on my site , mention your in it (your names, or have face visible to someone other than them and in legal cases), and other things people would be concerned about put in. But it will always be okay to use it in a lawsuit or criminal case.
Is this a okay move, or is it too invasive?

this is more so with in house or private studio sessions, or outdoor sessions so its basically just you and them only.
you can request copies of them as well.
