is it healthier to get sufficient amoint of sleep in the night than during the day? or are both the same?
During the night, you produce more melatonin because the sunlight (actually, generally blue light) inhibits melatonin production, and melatonin makes you feel sleepy. So you are more likely to be restless if you don't sleep at night.

Night time is healthier, I heard people that work nights have a shorter lifespan , must be something to do with our internal clocks
