I don't know if you will gain weight today or not.
If you normally eat the way you have described, it's actually good for weight loss to have the odd higher calorie meal to kick your metabolism up.
SO if you haven't had a higher calorie meal in a while, go, enjoy, and go back to eating clean in the morning.
The problem is if you splurge on pizza or something similar every night.
A single slice of a large pizza has about 300 calories in it. Working on the assumption that the other food you've consumed today met your body's caloric needs without exceeding them, and knowing that roughly 3500 calories will cause 1 lb of weight gain that slice of pizza will make you gain roughly 8.5% of a pound or ~1/12th of one pound
Eating a slice or two for one night isn't bad. Some people have cheat days, where they can eat what they want, then the rest of the 6 days in the week they go back to their diet.
Entirely depends on how much of those things you've had, yo.
But no, eating pizza once in a while won't make you gain weight.

yeah you'll gain weight. Eating any thing increases weight. Think about it--you just put food in your body--so its your current weight + the weight of the food you just ate = new weight.
I tend to wonder about this.
My understanding is that it's the amount you eat rather than what you eat that makes a person gain fat. The what would just determine your nutrients wouldn't it?
Eating pizza for one night isn't going to make you balloon. Enjoy yourself
You should always have a treat once in couple of weeks... it is good for the system to change it up.
yeah. 1 piece of pizza is like eating 1000 slices of cake. you'll get so fat you won't be able to move. you can't be fucking serious.
Just eat the pizza it will be fine to have a cheat day
