I have two forms of it: just regular eczema and Dyshidrotic eczema. They both suck. Like you, I have tried all manner of creams and lotions, but nothing seems to make either condition actually fully go away as they keep re-occurring. I do find at least a little comfort in not using any soaps or any products on my body that are scented and I use hypo-allergenic. I avoid hot hot weather and being in situations like working out where you're sweaty... I don't sit in those clothes, and I use more of a luke warm then hot water followed by an oatmeal based lotion. Seems to offer some relief.

I have some kind of eczema on my face and it's quite uncomfortable, it come's and goes. No creams help, even though i'm vegan, that doesn't work also. I just learn to manage it as best as i can and am happy when it goes and then it comes back. It's a life long condition sadly but whatever ya know ):
My sister has eczema and she just tried a bunch of different creams and lotions until she found one that works. You should see a dermatologist because they'll be able to make suggestions about how to treat it
My sister has it, and what she does/did is that she narrowed down
why she had/got it and avoided those things.

My aunt gets it really bad. She goes into a tanning booth 3 times a week for about 4 minutes, it helps her out a lot
My mom has it there is no known reason why people get it there is no cure either. There are steroid creams that can help reduce the inflammation.
