I'm not sure about your food restrictions, but for weight gain you should focus on eating more carbs, fats won't necessarily help with weight gain. Obviously choose healthier carb options eg. brown rice and not white rice. When working out and you want to add mass (bulking), you eat about 50% carbs. Maybe it'll work for you :)

My sister is 25 years old and a size 00. She has been for forever.
Even when she was 8 months pregnant she weighed less than me, lmao.
But yeah. I don't know.
Gaining 20 pounds sounds like a lot. Doubt you'd need to gain that much just to go up in pants size.
