How can I get "skinny" again?

Before anyone gets crazy, no im not heavy right now.
Im 5'7" and 125 ish lbs. I used to be 115 ish. Which on my frame, wasn't too thin.
I eat pretty healthy, i know i need to cut back on somethings.

But my issue is, i feel chubby and bloated, but i know its mostly muscle that im gaining. But its basically pushing my chub out. And i feel like im aaaallllways bloated working out regularly.
I feel a lot better than before i worked out regularly. But im not liking how im looking.

My butt is nicer, but im getting thicker thighs and arms and belly it seems like too.

Any tips on slimmimg a little and de bloating? I only eat around 1400 calories a day, and im active. Also what excersises are good for toning but not bulking at all?

I know i dont "need" to loose.
I just want to. I was fine then too.
