I have stretch marks for two reasons; genetics and weight gain. I developed stretch marks during puberty on my hips and butt when I went through a little growth spurt. A few years ago, I had gained a lot of weight and ended up getting them on my hips.
I have stretch marks leftover from rapid breast growth in puberty. I also somehow have them on my hips and thighs even though I'm very petite in those areas.
I have light ones on my thighs just 'cause I was super skinny as a kid and then puberty meant I developed curves. You wouldn't notice them unless you looked really closely though and the only person I let do that doesn't mind haha :')

I do, like most women. They don't bother me at all tbh.
