I used to go to gyms but now im searching for a boxing gym so I workout at home i just open Netflix on my laptop and then open the exercise video on my phone and put them together in front of me and watch the show while working out lol its a trick i read it online but its working u dont get bored or feel pain much.

No need for extras during crossfit. Its in a group and you go for it. In the gym, I usually put music. Also the best way to isolate you from guys who always want to talk and interrupt your training. When running, it depends. In a park, its also music, in nature, nothing, just enjoy the surroundings when running.
I really enjoy dance cardio classes, medium intensity. Usually set to hip hop/pop :)
Besides those classes, I like lifting weights, thigh exercises, and the treadmill.
I think I'd like swimming if it were private.

I like to do home work outs, es now that my gym membership has ended.
So weighted pull ups wide grip for back, close for arms and biceps with high reps and wrist ups for forearms, sit ups, crunches, leg raises, hanging leg raises, different forms of push ups, dips and tricep workoutsI haven't been on a treadmill in a while, but that is a good one.
Usually I go for a jog or ride my bicycle for several miles early in the morning. Then I do more cardio and core training in the afternoon. Then I do some yoga at night.The treadmill is to much "impact" on your feel and legs. I like to use the stationary bicycle for my cardio, and I do a lot of exercises to give therapy to torn rotator cuffs.
