For info I'm 22, 140 pounds and 5'9. Yo you're doing this for yourself. Compensate good food with good fun. After exercise, watch a good movie with your family. If you lack the pleasure from the food get is somehow else.

Drink lots of water! And only water. No soda's or juices (unless you made it yourself from scratch!) No more sweets/snacks etc. Work out daily and you'll lose it. It does take time. But you did not gain it in one day so don't expect to lose it in one day either! Goodluck! You can do it if you put your mind (and body) to it!
