How can I get more energy to workout, any tips?

Im eating 1200 calories a day and I want to workout from an hour and a half to 2 hours 6 days a week because in only 2.5 months I want to lose a good 20 pounds . But it seems that ever since I lowered my calories I have like no energy , I've always been hitting the gym and working out ( just with the regular 2000 calories consumed) because I had no intention of losing weight . Any advice on how to get my energy levels up ? Anything you eat just to get the best energy you can ?

Another question : If youve been doing the same excercise example ( 20% incline on a 24min miles , for an ENTIRE YEAR , 6x days a week ) Do you gain muscle , like in your calves , thighs , butt ? I've noticed they are harder more curvier like my calves are SERIOUSLY CURVED OUT ( I have been doing that excercise for a year along with others ofcourse but this one I was consistent with because I just love it lol) But I gained weight although my calories are on maintenance level for that year

it is true my calories were way to low . Today I started following a 1500 calorie plan and I workout for 2 hours and it was AMAZING !

I guess not eating is never the way to go :D
