What's a good way to lose 20 kilograms (44 pounds) in a year and is it possible?

I'm a 5'3 female who currently weights 78 kgs. I suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and severe Asthma (which I've had pretty much my whole life) and would love some tips. I already get involved in some mild exercise but feel like I need some advice and any good meal plans to inspire me or add to my list would be most helpful! I'm Pescatarian so only foods around that would be great. :)
