How many of you usually donate blood at red cross? Did you do it regularly?

Well i think i just curious about it and i know that some of religion can't donate their blood.
And if you want, you could share here why you want to donate your blood. That would be so good :)
And as me i like to donate my blood regularly because i think it would make me healthier and beside it's bring no harm to help people around.

I've never donated blood. Needles freak me out. But I'm not allowed to donate blood anyway cause I've lived in the UK for over 6 months in the 90s so theoretically I could have mad cow disease

Hahaha every blood type is important. You won't know when people need it anyway. Even me, my blood type is not rare.

My blood type is AB. It's only good for other people that are type AB and they can accept A, B, AB, and O blood anyway.

lol I remember I was in high school when I did t and the guy was super borderline about letting me do it because of my weight (fat at the time) and ever since never wanted to again. So embarrassing lmao. I was only trying to do a good thing lol.
Lost 50lbs now but eh I don't know. Not gonna willingly put myself through something I can be humiliated with again hahaha
