Thats me trying to act natural...
some tips to help:
if you work out often consume a mass gainer before and after. take it even on days you don't work out if you must. make sure your workout is a muscle building one (more weight less reps) rather than a strength one (less weight more reps) if that's what you desire to achieve. you should see an increase in size if you do this consistently. you're young and a lot of guys have that same quick metabolism, it will slow as you age.
Honestly, the problem is you look geeky. I don't mean to be offensive, I'm just telling you what I think. If you actually want to put on weight consider using a weight gaining protein powder in conjunction with working out. Also, remember that your personality (aka confidence) weighs heavily on how girls view you.
Yeah putting on weight is really hard, I work out a lot and drink milk like its going outta style, but when I work out I mostly do cardio, because my upper body doesn't really build mass. I think I should lose the glasses too
- Lose the glasses.
- Grow your hair out (I don't mean long, I just mean enough to style) then get advice on different styles from a hair dresser (female).
- Try shopping at American Eagle, Aeropostle, Hollister, etc (your clothes scream geek).
Cardio is great for staying in shape, but it won't get you muscle. You need to build muscle by breaking it down and letting it heal. Google work out routines and advice for more details. If you can, join a gym as you can get a full workout and spend different days on different parts of your body. Invest in a good protein powder and use it before and after workouts (or as directed by the product). Lastly, don't expect change overnight. You'll need to spend time to see progress.
I think you sound very nice and attractive and you will find the right girl not just one who has a fetish for skinny guys. Best of Luck!

I was as thin as you at your age, I didn't even go out in a tee shirt always in a long sleeved shirt because my arms were so thin. I put more weight on as I reached my 20s but my advice to you is if you are going to take a weight gainer then make sure you work out hard at the gym as I ended up being a skinny guy with a fat belly! building muscle is really you best option and go easy on the cardio. Research compound lifts and good nutrition and you will grow.
