Like the other girls said, drink lot's of water. If you get bored of it, put a lemon wedge or make tea to make it more flavorful. Also, try to exercise about an hour or two after you wake up. If you don't , then you'll find "reasons" why you can't exercise that day. When I wanted to loose some weight, my mom and I would run 2 miles every morning. Remember to eat something, but not too much or too rich of food. The first time I went running, mom made me an egg and a glass of orange juice and then 5 minutes after I was done, we ran out the door. Since I'm so not an active girl, I started to feel sick and when I got home I collapsed and started to do crunches. I did about 5 out of 30 before I puked several times.
So...If you're not active like I am, don't push yourself too much but don't stop either. When you're running, at the beginning you'll be feeling pumped and want to sprint! But seriously, don't. I know it's stupid to say, but start slow and keep a constant pace. If you do feel like walking, keep going but slow your pace down. Do a little trot thing, NOT speed walking. Also, keep a even breathing pattern. It helps me a little. When I run, I inhale to the count of 2 and exhale to the count of two. That way, I know my blood is being oxygenated and carrying energy to my muscles!

drink lots of water, weight train AND do cardio (both is needed to lose weight), lots of fruit and veggies, cut down on sugar and fats. Fiber is needed. get as much sleep as you can (8-10 hours I think) and try to exercise 4-5 days a week.

Focus on calorie intake. There are many sites online that can help you track what/how much you eat. Exercise is always good, but truthfully it's not the most important thing in losing weight. 90% of it is diet.
Eat a lot of fiber and drink a lot of water will help
