I'm not over weight, but I'm definitely out of shape.
I'm 5'7 and I weigh 118.
Can anyone help me come up with an exercise routine or something? I don't want bulk, I just want to be tight and slender.
Like a dancers/cheerleaders body or a Victoria secret body. I don't want to be exactly like aVS model because I think they're a little too skinny, but I want to be long and lean :)
