Im 5'3 and weigh 165 I used to be 145 amd my healthy weight is 120 and I've never weight yhat much except after I didn't eat for a week because of a surgery but that's an exception but those extra 40 pounds is muscle and maybe that's what you have too let me explain 1pound of fat is bugger than one piund of muscle for example lets say you get a watermelon which represents fat abd it weighs 10 lbs and then you get an apple yhat represents muscle but some how it slso weighs 10lbs so what I'm trying to day is even thought they both weigh the same the watermelon has more mass or matter(I forgot the term)its like 10 pounds of feathers or 10 pounds of rocks yhey weigh the same but there are mode feathers than there are rocks so if uou have a toned or somewhat muscular body the muscle is ehat adds weight that's why technically I'm considered obese even though my body fat percentage is healthy, but that is what really matters bodyfat percentage not weight

You have to STICK to what weight watchers tells you. ONE binge evening can wreck a weeks dieting. And you have to work our regularly, not just a few days and then not again for a month..
You just have to be disciplined. Put a picture of yourself as you WANT to look up on your mirror..maybe pose in clothes that make you look thinner...and every night, every time you want a pizza or something, look at that picture! Maybe have several of them in different places!
You can do it. Many people go through this struggle.
why would you want to lose weight? your body looks great.
but I guess your best shot is dieting (only do cardio for working out, since you don't want to put on muscle) cut out fattening foods, eat veggies and fruit (some of them take more calories to digest than what they actually bring in your body) and keep bread, pasta, meat and candy to a minimum,or cut them out completely

Judging by your pics you have what is referred to as a mesomorphic body. What that means is that you were built to be "thick" to a degree and no matter what, you always will be. The only thing you can control is whether that thickness comes from fat or solid muscle.
You don't need to lose weight. You are one filled out 16 year old...
