I just can't seem to lose any more weight. Please help.

After putting in some thought my new years resolution is to lose 20 pound or more. My only problem is, is I have never been able to be less than 160 pounds. I used to be 195 pounds and lost quite a bit of weight since the beginning of middle and high school. I have tried everything from work out DVDs to weight watchers and I just can't seem to lose any more weight. Most people say with me being 5 foot 9, 160 pounds at sixteen years old is healthy but I want to lose more weight, so what work out routines do y'all use to lose that extra weight?
I just can't seem to lose any more weight. Please help.
