There have been guys at my college who I though were alright... Until I realized that I could smell one of them from 40 feet away. I was talking to these guys in the beginning of my cardio class, SUPER sweet guys, a little... moist(?)... After working out with them, I honestly couldn't be around them, one of them smelled SOOO BADDD! I didn't mind working out on the same machines as them (sweat and all) but I hated using the machine after the stinky one. The smell just made me want to puke. Long story short: If you sweat, no biggie. If you smell... try to fix it?

I mean, if he is like a wet mop then it may be alittle hard to hold him and all but we could work it out lol. I've had some pretty sweaty friends in the past yet it doesn't bother me one bit. I don't know I connect sweat with work so I kind of see it as a positive thing, even if its just a matter of hyperhydrosis.

A poll was taken not long ago, in which they asked 1,200 women this very question. Results showed that 93% of the respondents felt that the only thing more disgusting and repulsive than a guy who sweats a lot, is a guy who sweats a lot and also has a big hairy butt.

Honesty it may be a problem for me. When you say a lot do you mean in general or just when you are being physically active (i.e. Sports). If it is just sports I wouldn't care but if it is general depending on how much he sweats it may be a problem for me.
yeah it would probably not bother me a lot but it would some. A girl can overlook a lot if the pros outweigh the cons though so you might have to be willing to pad your pro list to make up for it.
