If you have a smartphone which you problay you do then their are apps that show you over a thousand exercises for each muscle( E.X. Full fitness and fitness buddy are good apps)... But if youwanna lose weight then that requires cardio workouts like treadmills and stuff..I say join a sport... I don't know about your Skool but in mine you just join the team because girls aren't into sports from where I live and the Skools girls teams uually need a bigger roster.

if you'd like to get thin and tone up, try running on the treadmills... oh right, you probably don't have those. Then just run on the track field. Weights is for adding more muscle.
Work primarily on cardio. For your sweat problem, bring a "workout shirt" and wear deodorant. That should help.

Machines are sh*t.
Look up the starting strength routine.
Are there power racks or squat racks?
If not I suspect some of the guys will help you put the barbell on your back.
3 days a week with that much time is more then enough.
