At the moment I’ve started doing 300 ab crunches, but I think its only working the top abs and not the bottom abs… anyone have any suggestions what’s a really good exercise to work the bottom abs? How many do I do? When do I see results?
I need an exercise I can just do quickly in the mornings within around 10 mins… because when I take really long doing the exercise after a while it gets boring and I stop… with the 300 I’m doing at the moment I can get it out the way and get on with my day…
So yeah ANY suggestion would be great … THANKS!
